The Purrrrr-fect Costume Party

Halloween parties for people are easy to come by. Looking for something to do with your pets this Halloween? Check out these events coming up where you can take your favorite animal friend in costume.

Divas Unleashed 2009 is a pet parade and fashion show held in South End Boston on October 25th. If you participate, not only are you showing off how fabulous your pet looks, you'll be contributing to a few good causes. Participation and donations go to benefit The Susan B. Komen for the Cure Massachusetts and The Animal Rescue League of Boston.

If you are in the New York area, take your pet to the Animal Fair Magazine's 9th Annual Howloween Pet Costume Party on October 26th. This event benefits The Humane Society of New York.

Both events require preregistration.

Creative Costumes

Our lovely Lauren loves Halloween! Putting together a costume allows for some creative thinking. Take a look at some of her creations.

Although Ruthie doesn't frequent the Halloween dress up scene quite as often, she had a few photos she was willing to share.

Halloween is right around the corner! This year, Lauren will be dressing up as the beloved Lucy from I Love Lucy. We'll share photos when they become available.

Whether you dress up or not, we wish you all a fun and safe Halloween!
